Highlight was Admiral Ron Maclaren’s explanation of how they built the logistical and procurement process within Uzbekistan to supply the troops in Afghanistan. Each of these neighboring countries was impacted by each other. The logistical packaging of fruits and vegetables to be shipped to Afghanistan was one of many examples. Ultimately, the challenges and successes were overcome together.
