Mayor of Istanbul, President of United Cities and Local Governments, Kadir Topbas, who is selected as a member of a High-level Panel to advice on the global development agenda, came to New York to attend the first gathering of panel. During his visit, he attended Turkish Cultural Center (TCC)’s briefing in Manhattan. Kadir Topbas said that “I am aware of the effort behind these activities you have mentioned briefly due to the limited time. I support you all from my deepest heart and I wish you continued success with your work. Dr. Topbas said I represent our country with my best. There is no rival for the 3rd term of UCLG Presidency. Today, my name was admired at UN, and these are things that could be proud for our Turkiye.
