President of Turkic American Alliance Dr. Faruk Taban attended to “Citizens Living Abroad Meeting of Civil Society Organizations” which was held in Ankara, on June 7th 2012. Dr. Faruk Taban pointed out that this event was productive in terms of exchanging ideas and experiences of each other. He also had chance to meet with his other colleagues who represent various Turkish organizations around the world.
Many officials attended to this event such as Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc, Minister of State for Family and Social Policies Fatma Sahin, Youth and Sport Minister Suat Kilic, Minister of State for European Union Sanctuary Egemen Bagis, Custom and Trade Minister Hayati Yazici, First Deputy Foreign Minister Naci Koru and many others. Participants were satisfied by this event and they come to decision to make this kind of event more often. Mr. Taban had chance to meet many Ministers and had a face-to -face discussion. Mr. Taban pointed that, Turkish community abroad is becoming active and growing community, and they will always be a part of Turkey.
